Terms of Service
The rules for accounts, credits, lead access, responsible outreach, and using Leads Supply as part of your web design business.
Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms apply when you access or use Leads Supply. By creating an account, buying credits, or purchasing lead access, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and using the service for lawful business purposes. If you use Leads Supply for a company or client, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access with someone who should have a separate account, sell an account, or attempt to use another buyer’s session.
Contact us promptly if you believe your account or purchased lead details have been accessed without permission.
What Leads Supply provides
Leads Supply is a marketplace for time-sensitive business information. The public catalog shows identity-safe signals about local businesses without listed websites. An entitled purchase unlocks the protected business and contact details available for that record.
A lead is a prospecting opportunity, not a customer. Leads Supply does not promise that a business wants a website, will respond, will meet with you, or will buy any service.
Credit packs and payment
Credit packs are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. Leads Supply does not sell a recurring subscription. Credits are granted only after a payment is confirmed and matched to the correct order.
Credits are units for purchasing lead access. They are not cash, do not earn interest, and cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for cash. Credits do not currently expire on a scheduled date because of inactivity.
A failed, canceled, expired, or unpaid checkout does not add credits. Prices and credit-pack sizes can change for future purchases; a completed purchase keeps the credit quantity recorded on that order.
Lead-access license
A purchase gives the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the unlocked business information for the buyer’s own lawful business development. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying business information or grant a right to publish, resell, sublicense, or build a competing data product.
Previously purchased lead access remains attached to the purchasing account unless access must be restricted for security, unlawful use, or a material violation of these Terms.
Shared and exclusive access
Shared access
A shared lead may be sold to more than one buyer while the configured shared-sale capacity remains. Buyers should assume that another buyer may already have, or later receive, access.
Exclusive access
After an exclusive purchase, Leads Supply will not grant new marketplace access to that lead. Exclusive does not mean the buyer is the first person to discover the business, that no one else can independently find it, or that earlier shared buyers lose their access.
Neither access type promises a response or project. See Shared vs. Exclusive Leads for Web Designers for a practical comparison.
Responsible outreach
You are responsible for the laws and platform rules that apply to your outreach. Contact businesses respectfully, identify yourself accurately, and honor requests not to be contacted.
You may not use Leads Supply to:
- Resell, publish, trade, scrape, or redistribute protected lead details.
- Harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or discriminate against a business or person.
- Send unlawful messages or ignore an opt-out or do-not-contact request.
- Use bots or automation to bypass access controls, rate limits, purchase rules, or catalog privacy.
- Probe, inject, exploit, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, accounts, database, or infrastructure.
- Use purchased information for a purpose unrelated to lawful business development.
Data quality and LS Score
Business information changes. Website status, phone numbers, email addresses, hours, ratings, review counts, ownership, and other fields may become outdated after collection. Validation and source checks reduce uncertainty but do not eliminate it.
LS Score is a ranking signal based on available business evidence and marketplace purchase history. It is not a credit score, endorsement, valuation, conversion forecast, or promise that a lead will fit your services.
Review How Lead Quality Works before purchasing. Report a material inaccuracy through the Contact form so the record can be investigated.
Refunds and credit remedies
Payment refunds and lead-quality remedies are different. A Stripe refund returns an approved payment amount through the original payment route and can reverse a proportional number of credits. A lead-quality remedy, when approved, is an account credit adjustment and does not necessarily refund a credit-pack payment.
If reversed credits have already been spent, the balance can become negative and new lead purchases remain blocked until the balance is restored. Lead access already purchased is not automatically removed by a payment refund.
Eligibility and review steps are described in the Refund and Credit Policy.
Suspension and account closure
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, respond to a security event, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms. We may preserve account, payment, entitlement, security, and audit records after suspension or closure.
Unused credits are not automatically redeemed for cash when an account is closed. Contact support before requesting closure if the account has an unused balance or an unresolved payment, refund, ticket, or lead-quality issue.
Site and brand ownership
Leads Supply owns or licenses the site design, software, brand, original editorial material, scoring presentation, and service documentation. These Terms do not grant a right to copy the marketplace, remove notices, or use Leads Supply branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or partnership.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties for payment processing, hosting, email, infrastructure, and business data. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Leads Supply is not responsible for a third party’s separate site or for outages and changes outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limits
The service and lead information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leads Supply disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leads Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or business decisions made from a lead. Any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can review the account, order, or lead record. Unresolved rights and remedies are governed by the law that applies to the parties and transaction; these Terms do not remove any protection that cannot be waived.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. When a change materially affects registered buyers, we will provide notice through the site or account experience when practical. Continued use after the new effective date means the updated Terms apply to later activity.
