Privacy Policy

A plain-language account of the information Leads Supply handles, why it is used, and how buyers and listed businesses can reach us.

Effective August 26, 2026Leads Supply
The short version: private buyer information is not the product, card details stay with Stripe, public analytics avoid raw IP storage, and protected business details appear only after an entitled purchase.

Scope and operator

Leads Supply operates the marketplace at leads.supply. This policy applies when you browse the site, create an account, buy credits, purchase lead access, or contact support.

Buyer account and support information is not the lead product. Business lead information is a separate category described below.

Buyer account data

When you create or use an account, we store your display name, email address, password hash, account role, credit balance history, purchases, lead entitlements, and session records. We do not store your plain-text password.

We use this information to authenticate you, keep purchased leads available in your account, prevent unauthorized access, provide support, and maintain an audit history of important account actions.

Payments and credits

Stripe processes credit-pack payments. Stripe receives the buyer email, order reference, bundle name, credit quantity, amount, currency, and checkout return addresses needed to complete the transaction. Leads Supply does not receive or store the full card number.

We retain order status, Stripe checkout and payment references, failure information, refund records, credit-ledger entries, and a cryptographic hash of each webhook body. These records help us grant credits once, reconcile refunds, investigate payment problems, and prevent replay or duplicate processing.

See the Refund and Credit Policy for the difference between a payment refund and a lead-quality credit review.

Contact and support

When you use the Contact form, we store your name, email address, selected topic, message, source page, ticket status, delivery status, and the replies needed to handle your request. If you are signed in, the ticket may be linked to your account.

Authorized administrators can view and answer tickets. Messages and notifications are sent through the service’s email infrastructure as plain text.

Traffic, sessions, and abuse prevention

The site uses an essential, secure session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. We also record broad page groups and attribution categories such as direct, search, social, or referral traffic.

Raw IP addresses are not retained in the analytics table. We process the client address to create a keyed, day-specific visitor identifier. We also create hashed client or email keys for rate limiting and abuse prevention. These derived identifiers are used to count visits, enforce request limits, and protect forms, sign-in, purchases, and administrative actions.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the client-side traffic recorder does not submit a visit.

Business lead information

Leads Supply collects business information from public business sources and authorized data providers. Records may include a business name, category, address, phone number, business email, contact name, ratings, review count, public source identifiers, evidence about whether a website is listed, freshness dates, and validation or scoring results.

Some business information can relate to a sole proprietor or an individual representative. Before purchase, the public catalog shows only limited, identity-safe information. After purchase, protected business details are disclosed to the entitled buyer. Shared access may provide the same business lead to more than one buyer.

Read How Lead Quality Works for the public explanation of source checks, LS Score, and marketplace access.

How we use information

  • Operate accounts, sessions, credit balances, purchases, and lead access.
  • Qualify, score, publish, update, and withdraw business leads.
  • Process payments and refunds and keep financial records consistent.
  • Answer support tickets and investigate lead-quality reports.
  • Measure broad site usage without placing private lead details in analytics.
  • Prevent spam, fraud, credential abuse, unauthorized access, and duplicate transactions.
  • Maintain service, security, and audit records.

When information is disclosed

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, provide purchased access, protect users, or meet legal obligations. Recipients can include:

  • Entitled buyers who purchase access to a business lead.
  • Stripe for checkout, payment, and refund processing.
  • Hosting, database, email, security, and infrastructure providers working for Leads Supply.
  • Authorized administrators who need access for operations, support, security, or finance.
  • Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

We do not publish protected lead contact details in the public catalog.

Retention

Retention periods vary by record and operational need. Account, payment, purchase, entitlement, support, security, and audit records may be kept for account history, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, dispute handling, and service integrity. Business lead records may be updated, withdrawn from sale, or retained to prevent duplicate collection and document earlier access.

A business-data removal request can stop future marketplace availability when appropriate, but it cannot recall information already delivered to an earlier buyer. Buyers remain responsible for their own copies and lawful use.

Access, correction, and removal requests

Buyers can ask to access, correct, or delete account information. Some payment, purchase, entitlement, security, and support records may need to be retained after an account request.

A business owner or authorized representative can ask us to review, correct, suppress, or remove a business listing. Include enough information for us to identify the listing and verify the request. We may ask for evidence that you are authorized to act for the business.

Security

We use access controls, password hashing, secure session cookies, same-origin checks, request limits, audit records, encrypted transport, and restricted administrative tools to protect the service. Payment-card details remain with Stripe.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe an account, purchase, ticket, or business record has been accessed or used improperly.

Age and business use

Leads Supply is a business-to-business service and is not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or make a purchase.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. When a change materially affects registered buyers, we will provide notice through the site or account experience when practical.
