Refund and Credit Policy

A clear distinction between payment refunds, credit reversals, failed checkouts, and remedies for a materially inaccurate lead.

Effective August 26, 2026Leads Supply
A card refund and an account credit are not interchangeable. We review payment problems against Stripe records and lead-quality problems against the evidence available when the lead was purchased.

Two different remedies

A payment refund returns an approved amount from a credit-pack order through Stripe. A lead-quality credit remedy adds credits to a buyer account after we review a material problem with a purchased lead. A credit remedy is not the same as refunding the original payment.

This policy should be read with the Terms of Service.

Failed or canceled checkout

A failed, canceled, expired, or unpaid checkout does not add credits. If Stripe shows a temporary authorization, the issuing bank controls when that authorization disappears.

If payment completed but the account did not receive credits, contact us with the order reference. We will compare the Stripe event, internal order, and credit ledger before changing the balance.

Payment refund requests

Use the Contact form to request review of a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, incorrect order amount, or another credit-pack payment problem. Include the account email and order reference, but never send a full card number or password.

Each request is reviewed against the payment, order, webhook, refund, and credit records. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. When a refund is approved, Stripe returns it to the original payment method according to Stripe and the issuing bank’s processing times.

What a payment refund does to credits

A confirmed payment refund reverses the matching proportion of credits from the account. A full refund can reverse the full credit grant; a partial refund can reverse a proportional number.

If some of those credits were already spent, the account balance can become negative. New lead purchases remain blocked until the balance is restored. A payment refund does not automatically remove lead access that was purchased before the refund.

Lead-quality credit review

Contact us if a purchased lead appears to contain a material inaccuracy that existed when access was purchased, such as contact details belonging to a different business or a clearly established official website that should have disqualified the record.

A business declining services, not replying, choosing another designer, changing information after collection, or being a poor fit for your offer does not by itself make the lead inaccurate. LS Score and validation signals are ranking evidence, not guarantees.

When a lead-quality remedy is approved, Leads Supply can add a reasonable credit adjustment while preserving the audit and entitlement record. That adjustment does not necessarily create a Stripe refund.

What to include in a request

  • Your Leads Supply account email.
  • The order reference for a payment issue or the lead reference for a quality issue.
  • A concise explanation of what appears wrong.
  • Relevant public evidence, including when you observed it.
  • The remedy you are asking us to review.

Review and account records

We may ask for more information, compare source evidence, verify account ownership, and restrict a lead from future sale while investigating. Decisions are recorded so the credit balance, payment history, entitlement, and support ticket remain consistent.

This policy does not limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as payment or lead-review operations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. A change does not rewrite the amount, credit quantity, or status already recorded for a completed order.
